Stephen F. Austin State University

The annual tree lighting ceremony at Stephen F. Austin State University will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, on the front steps of the Austin Building.

The event is sponsored by the Residence Hall Association and will feature performances by the Raguet Elementary School Choir, the SFA Roaring Buzzsaws Pep Band and the SFA Choir.

The event is to be followed by pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, as well as refreshments and crafts in the Free Speech Area.

The Residence Hall Association is collecting toys for the Women's Shelter of East Texas, and toys can be dropped off at the event.
